Well if the results are out you can start shortlisting the colleges you want to apply for and start filling out forms . If there is any entrance exam needed you can also prepare for that . Complete all the preliminary steps for admission . Certificates are required only when you qualify or get in

First of all congratualtions!!! Can you tell me in which domain you are going to take admission? In general case you can get provisional certificate for completion of graduation from the university just by submitting application regarding this. On this basis you will get admission definitely. Generally admission phase is in Jne-July till that time you will get your degree certificate of graduation. Or else if you don't have degree certificate you can submit final year scorecard to college and give them assurity that within few days you will submit degree certificate in paper writing.

That's completely fine. Just take a migration certificate or transfer certificate from your college to get an admission for futher studies or for jobs if you wish you to apply.

For taking an admission for further studies just show them your mark sheet and TC (transfer certificate) that would be suffices at the time of admission and tell them that result are yet to be announce for provision certificate from your college.
