dear aspirant,

their is no other chance to change the application form you have to fill the other new application form if you paid the fee it will not refund and again you have to pay fee for new application form

If you have paid the fee then only option is that u can cancel this form and fill new form. Earlier paid fee would not be refunded. Refer to information brouchere for information or call the support helpdesk.
