Hey Aditya,

See, B.Tech in CS and BCA are same things with different streams. Not exactly same, but B.Tech gives you a wider scope with a heavy course to study. B.Tech includes both hardware and software studies whereas BCA offers only software programming course. B.Tech can only be pursued after opting science in Intermediates while that is not required in the case of BCA. B.Tech is considered a bit more professional course than BCA.

If you are good at science stream, then you should opt B.Tech.

Remember to work hard in any of the streams you select, since, making a machine to work at your directions or at the users, is not an easy task.
