Hello,
Neither your JEE main percentile nor your boards percentage would help you get a seat on any Government colleges. As you have not qualified in both the criterias. So you should join some good private engineering colleges like Sharda, SRM, Amity, etc. You can work hard there and become successful in life. You can appear for gate ND if you get good drank, you might get a seat in IITs for higher studies.
