Yes. You can get. First you need to do extensive research related to colleges which accepts students via entrances. Since you didn't mention your city it is difficult to answer. DU is out of your reach if you are from General Category. There are plenty of colleges in Bangalore : Garden City, Christ , Jain etc. Keep your options open and start doing research again For the colleges.
