try for branches in your home state quota nit.check the previous year cut off

Hello aspirant,
Yes you can get admission in some of the north eastern nits like nit meghalaya, nit mizoram, nit Sikkim, nit Srinagar, nit pondicherry you can also get nit in your homestate that is nit andhra Pradesh,if you wait till last rounds maybe you can get mettalurgy and material science or mining engineering.
You should definitely go for special round maybe you can get iiest shibpur or some good nits in your special round
