You can check the list of college including NITs and IIITs. you can get according to your marks and rank varoius good colleges. Lower bodies of NIT and IIITs could be allotted to you in the second round of counselling and most probably you can get top IIITs specially of HYD.

You have a decent rank in mains. But only the mains rank doesn't guarantee you the seat in a NIT. The competition in NIT's is pretty high. Your advance rank plays and important role.

It would be difficult for you to get an NIT but you have chance if you apply for your home state NIT, due to reservation. Also it depends on the course which you are opting.

You will able to get nit at 2nd round it will totally depends on your preference college that you choose.
If your choices are top nit then you can't get . You may get lower nit like nit mizoram , nit Nagaland , nit AGARTALA etc if you choosen .
