Hello Sajjad!!

To get into a medical college in J&K you have to apply for state quota . This means that you should have J&K state domicile .If you have one then you can get admission there .
You should have a permanent resident certificate of J&K.
If you apply for the domicile now it will take at least about a month to get the domicile .
