Naveen !you have done your graduation but you also doing job it good but I have suggested you take admission in correspondence course that help you in promotion.

You can continue with your Job while doing LLB simultaneously. Your office timings are from 11 to 8 which is good as lectures usually ends by 10 or 10.30 a.m, you can skip the last lecture to reach office on time. There are many law colleges in the time frame that I have specified and you can go ahead and Google it up it will be easy.
