Yes you can get admission in other state colleges through jee mains, then it you will be through OS Quota...

Bro for cet..of Karnataka!! U need to give saperate test..which is for otsiders!! Which is based upon kannada language!! U have to score minimum 15 marks.. in it!! Than only ur qualified!! For kcet!!
For mhcet.. no rules!! About language! But seat allotment 1st priority homestate then other students!! Hope u got it!
