Go to the candidate login page or you can click the given link https://testservices.nic.in/examsys/root/Home.aspx?enc=Ei4cajBkK1gZSfgr53ImFf7lPhkAc4HHbNqNTl8d1hk=

Click on forgot application number and enter your name, father's name, date of birth and enter the security pin shown.Your application number will be retrieved.Again go back and click on forgot password and choose the mode through which you want to reset your password and do the necessary to change the password.
