According to previous year's trends, PESSAT cutoff rank for Electronics and Communication Engineering is 2000. As you have a rank of 1465, you may not get ECE branch in first round of councelling. You have good chances to get ECE branch with your rank in Ring Road campus in second round of councelling. As many students with top ranks skip the councelling sessions, you have good chances to get an ECE seat in PES Ring Road campus. With your rank you can even get any other branches except CSE.
