Hello Simin Nadera Naz ,
Considering you to be from general category as you have not mentioned your caste(if any) ,with a rank of 156354 in JEE Main ,you haven't cleared JEE Main and you were not eligible for JEE Advanced .As you haven't cleared the cutoff ,you won't be able to sit for JoSSA counseling and therefore ,you won't be able to get a college through JoSSA counseling .

Congratulations on qualifying Jee mains. Although, if a candidate doesn't appear for JEE advanced, he can still take part in JOSSA counselling to seek admissions into NITs, IIITs and other private institutions that take admissions by JOSSA counselling on the basis of JEE Mains performance.
