Hello Somashekhar,
You should know that, KCET Cutoff 2019 - Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) will release the cutoff of KCET 2019 in an online mode. The cutoff of KCET 2019 is the minimum marks required to be secured by the candidates in KCET  examination in order to be eligible to get admission in the participating institutes of KCET 2019.As you belongs to OBC category, with this rank there are no chances of getting a seat in R V college.
