hello , i have got admission from obc category, in private college, which requires income certificate, and if not having certificate full amount dd ? is it the rule? my second question is, if we did not report in this 1st round, what is the procedure for 2nd round

Hello,

You have not mentioned which college it is so speaking about the rule without knowing the name is difficult but from my experience I must say that there was no such rule which required income certificate. And I actually appeared for counselling for myself in more than one colleges and they didn't ask for any income certificate but yes for paying to reserve the seat I had to make a demand draft for the required amount but even if you are unable to make one still they were accepting  card payments. Well if you do not report for the 1st round then you will take part in the later rounds as of my information.
