Dear Shahid, RBA category is also considered under General Category. In 2018, under State Quota, 440 marks secured a seat in Sher-e-Kashmir Medical College under General Category. It is 2018 data. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.  Though new colleges have been added, the cut offs will increase beyond and unfortunately you cannot get a seat with these marks. But you might get a seat in a Dental College.
