I hope you are doing good. As per your query , I would like to inform you that at 88 percentile you holds very very high chances of getting admission in IMS . Procedure is to fill the application and form . If your profile was shortlisted , you will recieve call via email regarding the information of next rounds like group discussion and personal interview.  For getting admission you have to connvert the call . Application forms are not released yet but will be released soon
