Firstly, you can try by yourself if you can edit the form online and can correct your intermediate marks.

But, if that doesn't work, You can write a grievance letter to the concerned authorities about the problem and tell them this problem along with your corresponding correct Intermediate marks. You can take the contact details  like phone number or email provided on from their official website.
