Dear Chirag, In 2018, Under State Quota, for General Category 562 marks secured a seat in North Delhi Municpal Corporation Medical College. Under All India Quota, 612 marks got a seat in the same college. However cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of candidates appearing for exam, no.of seats available, difficulty of the exam and top NEET score. So anything less than 500 for MBBS in Delhi is tough. In 2018, ESIC college gave admission to 539 marks under All India Category. To be honest, this is a tight score that you have. But you can certainly get a seat in Government Medical College in rest of India. If you have any particular state in mind, pmease do let us know and we will help you with their All India Quota cut offs. With 520 under State Quota you have 60-40 chances. Neverthless, if in the official score you score give or take more marks than this or if the cut off is lesser than last years', you still have a chance.
