In my knowledge if you have given both class 10th and class 12th exams from Chattisgarh then you are eligible for state quota. Along with this if you have domicile of Odisha then you are eligible for state quota of odhisa too.

Yes you are eligible for state quota if you have done atleast 5 years of your study in home state.You can also apply for 15% All India quota also.Hope this helps you
