Hello nuzhath,

It feels good to know that being Medical intern you are interested in studying pharmacotherapy as well,
So dear to read about pharmacotherapy first you have to be perfect in pharmacology ,
So the best books for pharmacology which are easy to understand are KD . TRIPATHI ,
and KATZUNG .
after that study Dipiro's pharmacotherapy and kodakimble ,
You will get proper treatment algorithms along with doses and also some good cases to study ,

Then for quick review purpose you can study the standard treatment guidelines manual by Sangeeta Sharma ,

So i wish you good luck dear ,
Prepare well ,

All the best !
