No, as per the JEE main examination norms you need to score atleast 75 percent aggregate in your class 12th or need to be in the top 20 percentile of your respective board only then you'll be able to get admission into any NIT or GFTIs.
And as you're not able to fulfill it, you won't be getting NIT based on this percentage
