Hi dear

Last year cut off for SC candidates for West Bengal under state quota was 351 at Murshidabad Medical College and Hospital, Murshidabad.
So going by previous years cut off it seems difficult to get a seat at 244. However keep in mind that cut off are subject to change every year.

Hello student,
With a score of 244 in SC category, it becomes difficult to procure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 379 was required to fetch one a seat in the Government medical college, Maldah. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. However, the possibilities are very low to secure a seat.
Good luck
