BSc Information Technology is a very good Course. After this Course you can either take up a job in IT field or join Masters to improve Programing language and IT knowledge. After BSc you can take MCA which is one of the best course to enter into Software field. If you are not interested towards software field then pursue MBA course in IIM or any top B School.
