If you have uploaded all the required documents and certificates then surely you would have been alloted a seat in a college. It's not possible to upload documents for verification without allotment of a seat.

In addition to it kindly mention in the comment box the name of the counselling for which you have applied so that I would be able to guide you in a more organized manner.
