I would suggest to start online and attend more and more workshops conducted in different colleges other cities/States too from there you will get extra beneficial knowledge and then you will get to know what should be your next step.

Both online and regular classes are good. Its based on your conivinience, if there are better institutes available in your region then go for regular classes. If not take online course. Refer the following link. Online Ethical hacking course link
