hello mam thank you for ur reply.. I have studied all subjects like physics chemistry maths english and hindi in 12 and my aggregate of pCM is 70% and after giving nios exam in feb for biology. I will have 2 marksheet then it won't create any problm for me in admission time

Hello,

No, you won't face any issues and you can upload two marksheets at the time of registering for the NEET counselling. You do not have to upload your marksheets at the time of filling the NEET application. You must obtain the result and certificate before the NEET counselling begins only then you will be eligible to get seat in the counselling.
