Hello,

According to the JoSAA information bulletin https://josaa.nic.in/webinfo/File/GetFile?FileId=6&LangId=P if a candidate does not lock his/her choice then they will be automatically locked when the deadline is reached. So do not worry about that. You need to take the print out of the choice filling form after filling the preferences and you need to submit it at the time of reporting. So it is mandatory to take a print out copy.
