With this rank of yours, you are at the edge of getting an admission into IHM Pusa . Its said that AIR 400 is a safe side for the General Category. As mentioned by you, that you are looking under OBC-NCL, its closing rank is less than 2100. You can still apply for the college and you are eligible to get an admission into it.

If you aren't able to get into IHM pusa, do not be disheartened. There are other top colleges in India which offer quality education and facilities. Do look into them too.
