With this rank it will be difficult for you to get CS in the top government colleges through UPSEE. However, you can get IT branch in the top colleges except for IET Lucknow with your rank. However, you might not be able to get it in the first round of counselling. Also if you are solely focused on CS branch then you can go for the top private colleges and also other government colleges. All the best.
