Hello ma'am if your daughter is academically avg , and basically introvert then she can look into the following career options  -

She can go for data and tech field like data analyst,  coding , software developer,  graphic designer ui ux , or she can go for any government jobs like ssc , railways , state division jobs etc bcz these field doesn't need so much interaction .

Hello,

we completely understand your concern , we will suggest you some good career options for your daughter

1.Librarian / Archivist

2.Writer / Editor / Content Creator

3.Research / Academia

4.Designer (Graphic/UI)

5.Psychologist / Counselor

6.Translator / Language Expert

Now you can encourage her to do

* journaling, blogging, or creative writing

*Expose her to different subjects through books & videos

*Avoid pressure—focus on exploration

After 10th board you can choose streams like science, commerce and arts and build a good career on that too

Hello! From what you shared, Adira seems thoughtful, quiet, and enjoys reading. These qualities can be very helpful in careers that need focus, creativity, and deep thinking. She could explore fields like writing, research, psychology, design, data analysis, or even library science. As she grows, she might also discover interest in creative careers like graphic designing, animation, or content writing. The best way is to let her try different subjects and hobbies, so she slowly understands what she enjoys most.
