Yes, you are eligible for NEET 2020 since your age will be 26 in 2020 and NEET eligibility criteria mentions that you have to be more than 17 years of age to appear for neet. There is no upper limit or a limit  to the number of attempts in NEET. In November 2018, the SC has removed the upper age limit.

As per the notification issued by CBSE,

a candidate must be at least 17 years of age as on December 31 of the year of applying for admission. The upper age limit though originally introduced this year, but was removed later. So as per the current norms, you are eligible to appear for NEET 2020.
