Congrats you score good marks in Gate, yes you have very good chances for psu, but The cut offs for recruitment in PSUs vary from each other depending upon the category and the posts available so its also depend on for which post you are applying and Its depends upon the PSU whether they want to take the additional test.

There are some psu in which you can apply now.
WBSEDCL
RITES
IOCL
CEL
DST Bihar

There are many major psu which still to be notified when they recruit like but right now you can go for the above list according to your interest.
