You have many options after B.Com. You can go for M.Com otherwise MBA. Top employers are TCS, Infosys BOP, Genpact, EY, WNS Global Services etc. Other options-

Financial Risk Management
Chartared Financial Analyst
Certified Management Accountant
Digital Marketing
