Dear Aspirant,you can surely get CSE courses at colleges but it is hard to get into some renowned colleges. We cannot predict that which college you can get into based on your rank. For general category the cut off rank is too high for general category students. If you belong to reserved categories then there are chances but still no guarantee. So the point is that you can get CSE branch in some good colleges but not the best.
