Well i see that you want to participate in pgcet counselling through / by giving gate exam. As you say that in the section of rules for certificate verification if it is mentioned that aadhar card will be checked, then it will be, but don't worry they won't keep the original one, instead they might ask you the photocopy so be prepared for that.
