There are multiple ways. Option 1 is give jee adv and get into iist somewhow. Students from there are a priority for ISRO. They get internships and stipends from isro.

2nd option is get into any normal college and then study well for 4 years, give the ISRO entrance exam, and then their interview (which is known to be tough) and try your luck.
