You cannot get in a government college with this rank even if you apply in state quota still there aren't many chances that you will get in government colleges in Odisha as well.

But with your rank I would suggest you to apply for private medical colleges you can easily get on with such good rank.

You can also try government dental colleges because you have a borderline rank so you may get in government dental College.

Even though you have Home state quota of Odisha, then also it is not possible for you to get admission in MBBS degree in government medical colleges of Odisha. However, you may get admission in private college like Hi-Tech Medical College and Hospital, Bhubaneswar or admission in Dental colleges (both government and private).
