Dear Manasvi, 571 is a good score for All India Quota. Under General Category you can get a seat. Rajasthan is one State you have an option for getting a seat in a Government Medical College. Delhi has higher cut offs and so you might not get a seat there. Punjab is one State where you have decent chances.
