The following are list of documents you will be required to carry during NEET Counselling session:

• Class X marksheet
• Class XII Marksheet
• School leaving certificate
• Caste certificate (If any)
• NEET result 2020
• NEET admit card
• Aadhar card
• Fee receipt
• Passport sized photographs 2
• Certificate of physical disability (if any)
• Documentary evidence of NRI (if any)
• Certificate of local candidate from the Dean of NHLMMC (Ahmedabad) or SMIMER (Surat)
• NCL certificate

These documents should be original for verification. the self attested copies shall be attached with Counselling form of Gujarat.
