As far as I am concerned in 2018 the last merit rank admitted for an obc candidate was 134 in the first cutoff list.
In the second cutoff list it was 141 and the corresponding mark was 184 marks .
In the third cutoff. List it was 143 ,182 being the corresponding mark.
So if I go by the previous data then it seems that you hold no chance of getting admission in dekhi university for llb..
You can either prepare again for the exam or can pursue llb from some other institute.
