Hi,

Anybody who has cleared the cut off gets eligible to go for counseling but generally those students who think their marks and rank is fair enough go for counselling. So if you think your rank is good. Go for it. But let me tell you something frankly 388 is a less score for any good government college for mbbs and bds. You didn't mention your category so I answered for a general category but it is also applicable for obc to some extent. I will ask you to start studying again if you really want a good government college. Don't lose heart just work hard more.

And ews is newly introduced so there is no authorised information right now. Sorry.
