The qualifying score for general/BC/EWS categories for TS ICET or AP ICET is 25% of total score or 50 marks out of 200 marks. You have scored less that 50 marks so, you  haven't qualified in ICET. You will not be eligible to apply for counselling to get admission under convener quota. The candidates who qualify in ICET are eligible to get admission under Convener Quota.
