You have to register your self for counselling.

Hii your percentile is bit less and your CRL is quite high.
To get BTech from any NIT or IIIT or GFTI you have to fill the form of Josaa which will open some weeks after JEE Advanced results.
Then you can fill the preferences of Colleges in the form that you want.and then there is reporting to any nearest NIT if you got notice or IIIT
And in case you got IIT then you should report to nearest IIT.
