Firstly congratulations for your score in JEE Main, and secondly yes you can get a good seat in NIT with this percentile and rank. To get seat in NITs, the first criteria is that one has to be JEE Main qualified, and for that one needs to clear the required cutoff as per his/her category. Below I have provided 2019 JEE Main cutoff (percentile) category wise - 

• CRL : 89.75
• GEN-EWS : 78.21
• OBC-NCL : 74.31
• SC : 54.01
• ST : 44.33
• PwD : 0.11

Since, you have 93.02 percentile it means that you have cleared the cutoff in whichever your category maybe. Now, to get admission in NITs, you have to go through JoSAA counselling process. you may be able to get a seat in the first few rounds of JoSAA. Now, if by any chance you don't get a seat through JoSAA then you can apply for CSAB counselling through which you can get a seat in NITs. CSAB counselling is for JEE Main qualified candidates who have a valid rank and is conducted for admission in NITs,IIITs,GFTIs,SFTIs. Since, you have a good rank and is JEE Main quaified you can apply for CSAB. CSAB counselling will begin after the completion of JoSAA.
