In general I can tell you that this rank is a little higher for any stream to fetch a seat in top colleges and universities. With this rank your chances are really less in top Institutes such as JNTU Hyderabad, JNTU Karimnagar or Osmania University. You can get private Institutes for core branches and good colleges for CSE and IT branches.
