On the official website, they provide the helpline phone numbers and email-id . Contact them again and explain your problem.They will give you proper instructions in this regard. This is the only way, you can correct your mistake. So keep trying. Make sure to do it before the due-date provided for correction.

Candidates those wish to make corrections in submitted AIIMS application form can correct the mistakes via the correction facility which can be done through online mode. Candidates are allowed to make correction in the wrong uploaded images in the application form.The correction facility will be started from 18th January 2019. The corrections can be done till 22nd January 2019, and after this you can't change anything.

I would suggest you to wait for another 3-4 days for the response because once you are done with final registration, then it is not possible to undo it.
