You must be having the E-challan through which you have paid the exam fee.

In the challan KEA REF number will be inclusive of application number and DOB

The last 6 digits are DOB and remaining digits are your application number.

I hope you download the application form from the website.

So just login to the official you may download from there.

Or if you forget your password then you can get your password with the help of register mobile or email number.

If you have apply from any cyber cafe then go to that cafe and check , they have downloaded of your form , you can print from there.
