There is no need for you to worry about it. Lots of people writes the examination and lots of them commits mistakes in examinations. Your copy will not be rejected. It will definitely be checked. Focus on your other exams.

Hello madam! I had my NIOS 12th exam and in that i just forgot writing the question paper code but i have filled other details including the OMR perfectly. So will there be any problem in my result?
