As per my knowledge, with respect to UP 85% seats in private medical colleges is reserved as state quota seats and 15% seats is for all India quota (AIQ) seats

Yes , you can get admission in private college's, through NEET exam ,
Generally if you score good if above 500 to 600 marks then you will get seat in go to college , of you score less than 500 marks then you will get seat through counselling but in private college's ,
